ideawerx LLC (“ideawerx,” “we”) runs ideawerx.co and VAULTwerx (vault.ideawerx.ai). This notice explains what we collect and why, in plain English.
Analytics on ideawerx.co
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use our website, so we can improve it. They use cookies to collect things like the pages you visit, clicks and scrolling, your device and browser, your approximate location, and how you found us. Clarity also creates heatmaps and session replays, with what you type into forms hidden. We also use SearchAtlas to help our pages perform in search.
We don’t use this information for advertising, and we don’t sell it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out add-on.
Information you send us
If you use Find my path or email us, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, email, phone and business details. We use it only to reply to you and to discuss working together.
VAULTwerx (vault.ideawerx.ai)
VAULTwerx uses Microsoft sign-in. Microsoft handles your password. We receive your name and email to identify your account, and your browser stores a sign-in session so you stay logged in. VAULTwerx doesn’t use analytics cookies.
Sharing
We don’t sell personal information. It is processed by the services we rely on to run ideawerx: Microsoft (Azure hosting and sign-in), Google, Microsoft Clarity and SearchAtlas.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you’ve sent us by emailing woody.flowers@ideawerx.co. We’ll respond within 30 days. Our site doesn’t change its behavior based on browser “Do Not Track” signals; use the cookie and opt-out options above instead.
How long we keep it
We keep information you send us for as long as we’re in contact or working together, and delete it when you ask. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and Microsoft-secured sign-in, to protect your information.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we update this notice, we’ll change the date at the top.
